The Zibibbo grape, known scientifically as Muscat of Alexandria, has a long history dating back 5,000 years. 
It is considered one of the rarest and most adaptable grapes globally, cultivated for wine, table grapes, and raisins. 
In Sicily, it is known by its Arabic appellation, Z'bīb, meaning "dried grape" or "raisin".
